The apartment is well equipped and comfortably sleeps 4 persons.   There is one double bedroom and one twin bedded room.  We also have a small cot and a highchair available for use.

The living area is open plan comprising sitting room with TV monitor to use with the DVD player (no TV reception), dining area with table and 4 chairs and kitchen with breakfast bar.   The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, a 4 ring gas hob, a small electric table top oven/grill, toaster, and kettle. An automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided.

The balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool has a patio style table and 4 chairs. There is also a  relaxer style chair.  A charcoal barbeque is available for your use.   The bathroom consists of a bath with over shower, toilet, wash basin and shaver point.

The apartment block has it's own covered garage area for exclusive use of residents and visitors, a bonus in Los Gigantes which has limited parking in the streets.
